IBS, ICFAI Business school Mumbai is one of the leading business schools of the country, which offers its students industry integrated curriculum and placements. IBS Mumbai was established in the year 1995, has NAAC Grade A accreditation, and is ranked in the band of first 75 Management institutes out of the Management institutes of India NIRF 2023. It is accredited to the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and also holds the recognition from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
It provides the MBA two years full time course with specialization in Finance, Marketing, Human Resource, Operation, IT & system. They also have part time MBA as well as Executive MBA for those who are interested. The registration process for the next batch that is the 2024 batch will start from October. Candidates are selected depending on the marks obtained in CAT/XAT/GMAT exams, academics and group discussion and personal interviews held at various centers in India. The CAT exam is scheduled for November 26th, XAT for January 8th 2024 and GMAT can be taken at any of the year.
It features a very good placement record for students at IBS Mumbai and many companies in the consulting, BFSI, FMCG, E-Commerce and IT sectors regularly visit the campus for recruitment. The highest salary package for the year 2024 was about INR 26 lakhs per annum. Some of the major companies that have been recruiting from this college include ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, Infosys, Wipro and so on. The batch had more than 85% of students getting placed through campus placements with average package of INR 12.6 Lakhs per year.

Management education at IBS is provided at multiple levels, the Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Doctorate levels, as well as executive education. The main courses include the MBA, the full time MBA that takes two years, PGDM which is a full time course that takes one year, Executive PGDM, which is a two-year program, PhD in Management, and BBA.
