The International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM), New Delhi is an accredited institute that offers various programmes in different areas of specialization. The major programs provided include Culinary Arts, Food Preparation, Food and Beverage, Food and Beverage Services, and Hospitality and Tourism. It depends on which program – for the BSc Hospitality & Hotel Administration one needs 50% 10+2 from a recognized board; for postgraduate Diploma programmes one needs a bachelors degree in any subject with 50% marks. Admission process of IIHM accepts National level test scores for MBA-CAT/MAT, for BSc, it accepts STATE CET and for the diploma courses, the aspirant is required to clear the UG/PG degree qualification test.

The application form for BSc program is likely to be out in May 2023 while for other programs in June/July 2023.
