The semester end exams are usually held in December and May in a calendar year. The Intake for new academic year commencing on July starts in April, and admission to the first year is offered. Entry is on the basis of state Level entrance tests like U.P. State enter examination.
The college has developed a very good record in placements and the centers like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, L&T and many more are visiting the campus. The placement statistics from the year 2022 revealed that more than 84% of the students got selected in reputed companies; the maximum salary offered was INR 12 LPA. The average salary offered was between INR 4LPA to INR 5LPA, which is a testament to the quality and prestigious jobs students can secure here. Among the companies that frequently recruit the candidates are HCL technologies Limited, Accenture LLP, Capgemini India Private Limited, Dell International, and IBM among others. The training & placement cell offers training in aptitude, technical and soft skills to transform the students in to industry ready candidates.

1. Candidate must have completed their 10+ 2 examination with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as the three main subjects from any recognized board with 50% of aggregate marks.
2. Admission to B.Tech programs require a valid JEE Main score in case of candidates seeking admission in this University. For admission process the institute contemplates the score to prepare merit lists.
3. To be admitted for M.Tech programmes, one should have a B.Tech/BE degree in a relevant branch with at least 55% aggregate marks from any university recognized by the government. Candidates having their GATE qualified are recommended.
4. For MBA program, the candidate should have passed any recognized university with at least 50% marks in the case of general category. Institutes have their own entrance examination which they conduct to select students for admission.
5. MCA program: Candidates are required to pass the Bachelor’s degree examination in any discipline with Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Science/Computer Application/ Business Mathematics/ Business Statistics as one of the subjects from a recognized University with not less than 50% marks.
Under infrastructural facilities the institute has provided smart class rooms, ventilated laboratory, library, hostels, canteen, and sports and games facilities etc. The teaching staff is also very qualified, comprising of fully fledged PhD holders who have worked in the industry. Based on KNIT, the emphasis is made on skill development as the major priority of education for improving employability of students.
