Lakshmi Narain College of Technology or LNCT is an engineering college situated in Bhopal city in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. The LNCT is a private university established in 2003 and is approved with AICTE and recognized by Government of MP. It is also certified with ISO 9001 : 2015 and NAAC has graded it as ‘A’ and it has CGPA of 3.31 from 4. In the NIRF rankings of the year 2023, LNCT stands 151 in the list of Engineering colleges of the country.
These programmes are delivered through 5 different departments to students seeking undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the areas of engineering and technology. Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Artificial Intelligence & Data Science Engineering. The student must appear for MP PET examination and JEE Mains and based on the rank secured in counseling, they can take admission in B.Tech program. 1. Computer Science and Engineering Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.)
- A candidate must possess 10+2 with Physics, chemistry and Mathematics as the main subjects with a minimum of 60% aggregate from a recognized board. Must have should have done well in JEE Mains test.
2. Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering - It is necessary to have completed 10+2 in science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics with minimum 60% marks on aggregate. They should have sat for JEE Mains or any other state level engineering entrance examinations.
3. B.Tech Mechanical Engineering - Science group pass 10+2 examination with physics chemical and Mathematics as main subjects with an aggregate of at least 60% marks. A valid score in JEE Mains or any other related state level engineering entrance examination.
4. B.Tech Civil Engineering - Science stream passed the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and secured 60% marks in aggregate. Should have cleared the JEE Mains exam or any other equivalent exam as conducted by the state government.
5. MBA - A bachelor’s degree in any stream with at least 50% combined score. Valid CAT/MAT score required. Prior work experience may be a consideration.
