Mangalam College of Engineering Ettumanoor Kottayam is the first engineering college in the Ettumanoor, Kottayam district of Kerala state. It provides undergraduate degree programs in engineering disciplines of mechanical, civil, electrical and computer engineering. In the CS & Engineering stream, the offered BTech program aims at the candidates who, in their plus two examinations, have passed physics, chemistry, and mathematics as main subjects. It is also recommendable for students to have a valid score in entrance examinations such as KEAM, JEE Main or SAT. The civil engineering department also provides a BTech program for the students who have completed their entrance tests from the same list. Some other departments that also offer the BTech programs are mechanical engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, electronics and communication engineering where they also require the national and state level engineering entrance scores.
BTech programmes are available in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science and engineering, electrical and electronics engineering as well as electronics and communication engineering. Some of the national and state level entrance exams that students can apply through are: KEAM exam which is proposed to be on April 20, 2024 JEE Main exam intended to be between January and April 2024 respectively. JEE Main is conducted twice for the students and the students can attend the examination either in online mode or offline mode. They have SAT exam dates for every year in online mode that a student can register and take it. The admission process begins as soon as the national and/or state entrance tests are taken. The students need to approach the college after they have secure the right scores. After satisfying certain requisites and entrance examination scores, the qualified applicants are then forwarded to the next step which involves documentation check, payment of corresponding fees, and admission confirmation. The new academic session, in any case, commenced in the first week of August every year.

2. Go to the admission option and click on B.Tech admission, you will get the online application form.
3. The form should be completed honestly and, to the best of one’s ability, in terms of personal details, academic achievements, as well as contact information.
4. Incorporation of scans of documents which include photos and signatures.
5. Pay the application fees online as may be required.
6. Bring an additional copy of the completed form and documents that you will provide.
7. All college admission counter printouts, should be deposited before the last date.
