Navodaya College of Nursing, Raichur, Karnataka, has a wide range of nursing programs in different fields. The course, B.Sc Nursing, is offered at the college and to get enrolled in the course, the candidate needs to have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects and obtained minimum of 45% marks. The students who want to take B.Sc Nursing course have to qualify entrance exam such as KEA CET Nursing or AIIMS etc. Similar to the M.Sc Nursing course, it also requires the candidates to have completed B.Sc Nursing degree and accepts national level entrance examination like AIPGMEE/AIPGMET, BHU, JIPMER, etc.
The college offer other paramedical diploma courses such as General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) and Post Basic Bachelor of Science in Nursing (PB B Sc Nursing). For GNM, one needs to have passed 10+2 examination with an aggregate of 40 percent marks in Science subjects. PB B.Sc Nursing need eligibility of 10+2 pass with English and Science subjects. The college also has provisions for admitting students on the basis of state level entrance tests.
