There are several courses being offered in Arts, Science, and Commerce streams for UG level in Netaji Subhash Mahavidyalaya in Udaipur. The eligibility differs on the basis of course - for BA, there is no bar and 12th passed is enough, for BSc, 12th Science is required and for BCom, no bar and 12th with Maths/Accounts is compulsory. Some of the most demanded courses include the ones leading to a BA degree in English, Economics, History, Political Science, Sociology etc, BSc degree in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Botany, Zoology etc, BCom degree in Accounting, Management etc. recognised exams are RBSE, CBSE, ICSE, NIOS etc. There is also a combined BCA course which is taken at 12th standard mathematics is also required for this. 

It is expected that the admission process for the course of 2024 will be opened in May 2023. UG courses offered include the four-year degree programs in Arts, Science, Commerce, and Computer Applications including BA, BSc, BCom, BCA respectively. These are the tentative dates for examination – application form is available in the month of May, the first list of selected students is released in June, document verification process is in July and the classes commence in August. To apply, students are required to download the online application form, select their courses if necessary, and attach copies of relevant documents showing their eligibility. Admission will be granted strictly on merit basis according to the eligibility criteria set by the College and availability of seats.

Netaji Subhash Mahavidyalaya Udaipur B.Com Selection Criteria

Eligibility:

• Candidates must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 55% marks in the aggregate.
• Candidates who have passed Class 12 with Commerce stream are preferred.
• However, candidates from other streams (Arts, Science) may also be considered if they have a minimum of 50% marks in the relevant subjects (check college website for details).

Selection Process:

• Merit-based selection will be done based on the marks obtained in Class 12.
• In case of a tie in marks, preference may be given to candidates with higher marks in relevant subjects (eg, Commerce, Mathematics) as per college norms.
