OIST Bhopal or Oriental Institute of Science and Technology Bhopal is a Private college located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Founded in the year 2008, it has got the approval from AICTE and the college is NAAC accredited with B++ grade. 1. Computer Science and Engineering: Science group comprising of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and additional Mathematics at least up to the 10+2level. Minimum 60% in PCM. Through MP State Entrance test for admission in this level.
2. Electronics and Communication Engineering: Intermediate pass with at least 60% in Physics, Chemistry, Maths. A score that makes the student qualified to sit for the JEE Main. Admission through state level counseling for SC/ST candidates.
3. Electrical and Electronics Engineering: Has completed 10+2 with PCM scores. Minimum 60% in PCM. Original copy of result of MP PET entrance examination is necessary and the candidate should have scored the required qualifying marks.
4. Mechanical Engineering: The candidate should have passed their 10+2 examination in PCM with minimum of 55% marks in the aggregate. Should have attended MP State Entrance Test for admission.
5. Civil Engineering: Combined 10+2 certificate with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or an equivalent recognized qualification. Candidate must have a minimum of fifty percent marks in PCM which will be reduced by five percent for every year of delayed admission. Admission based on merit in qualifying exam for the course as per norms of the university / institution.
