PIADS was founded in 1995 in Nagpur, and it offers several courses in Architecture, Interior Designing, Planning, Fine Arts and so on. The B.Arch program has eligibility criteria where students need to have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam in any stream with Mathematics as a subject and a minimum 50% percentage of marks. Students can apply through NATA, JEE Mains Paper 2 or through any SLE Scheme that is being conducted in the country. It is important to know that the B.Des in Interior Design offers admission to candidates who are pass in 10+2 examination from any stream with a minimum of 45 percent marks. There are no direct connections to other schools, and admissions are offered through the entrance exam of the school itself, the PIADS. B.Planning is available to students who passed 10+2 Science stream along with Mathematics as a subject with minimum 50% marks. The admissions are done according to the National level test called NATA or through the State/University level tests.
The admission tests for the major courses at PIADS, for the batch 2024 across the major B.Des program such as B.Arch, B.Des (Interior Design, Fashion & Lifestyle Accessories, Ceramic & Glass Design), B.VA (Applied Arts, Painting, Sculpture), B.Planning (Architecture & Planning) will be conducted in 2023. NATA 2023 exam dates are not yet released while JEE Mains 2023 Paper 2 has January and April examinations. Another important examination that PIADS also administers is its own entrance test, which is scheduled for June 2023 albeit in a tentative manner. The admission process of PIADS include online registrations in the month of May 2023, issue of admit cards, written test & studio test, merit list based on scores/marks secured in written test & qualifying examination, counselling and finally admission by July 2023 for the academic session commencing in August 2023 for all the courses offered at PIADS.

2. Application form pocket size is available from June, filled up before August.
3. Eligibility criteria: 12th passed with Physics, Chemistry maths
4. Enclose the originals and also scanned copies of documents with the application
5. The application fee is One Thousand Two Hundred Only which can be paid online.
6. Come to sit for the entrance examination in September and the results are released in October.
7. If selected, fill up all the admission related procedures before November happens.
