Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering – RSCOE Pune is an autonomous college for engineering education located in Pune, which is affiliated to the Savitribai Phule Pune University – SPPU. RSCOE was Established in 2001 and is officially recognized by the AICTE and the Government of Maharashtra. It has scored grade ‘A’ in NAAC with a cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.11. NIRF Ranking for engineering colleges were recently released for the year 2023 where RSCOE has been ranked 151.
The institute is Integrated with Under Graduate and Post Graduate programmes in different specialization of Engineering and Technology such as Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Artificial intelligence and data science and Master of Computer Applications. The admission procedure begins in May every year by taking state and national level entrance tests such as MHTCET, JEE Main etc The examination are in April-May 2023 and the counselling in June-July 2023. Admission to the course is on the basis of the scores obtained in the entrance tests, number of seats available for the academic year, and the final merit list declared by the Director of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra.
RSCOE has drastic placement opportunities that assure the campus placements of almost all eligible students in different reputed organizations and newly emerging firms. Top companies visiting for placements are TCS, cognizant, Wipro, Infosys, LTI, accenture, amazon, siemens, nokia, Bosch etc and overall 100 plus companies come for placements every year and most of the companies offer IT/software jobs. The maximum salary offered was 18 LPA and the median Salary was 6 LPA.

Institution Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering (RSCOE) Pune records a very impressive placements every year. During campus placements in the calendar year 2022, 197 companies offered campus placements to the students of RSCOE and the companies were able to select 85 percent of the students. Some of the companies that offered recruitment included IBM, Infosys, Tata Consultancy services, Wipro, Accenture, and Cap Gemini among others. The maximum salary paid was around 43 lakhs per annum offered by American Express.
