Roorkee Institute of Technology (RIT) Roorkee is an autonomous self financed Engineering college established in the year of 2006. RIT is approved by AICTE and is NAAC accredited with a B++ grade The faculties located at RIT are as follows. According to the NIRF 2023 ranking system, RIT ranked 151st among all engineering colleges in the nation.
RIT proffers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in engineering, technology, management, pharmacy, architecture and other applied sciences. The B.Tech programmes that are being offered are B.Tech CSE, B.Tech IT, B.Tech Electrical, B.Tech Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, B.Tech Mechanical, and B.Tech Civil. Other programme include MBA, MCA, M.Tech, B.Pharma and B. Arch. For the admission for the 2024 batch, the application process will be opening from April, 2023. The candidates will have to go through national or state level entrance tests such as JEE Main , UPSEE , etc After that there is counseling for the distribution of seats. The prospective academic session may commence from August 2024.
