This is an engineering college found in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh and was founded in the year 2008 under the name Sagar Institute of Science and Technology. SIST was started in 2008 and SIST is approved from AICTE and it is the part of RGPV University. The institute NAAC has recognized and accredited the institute with a Grade B status. In the recently released NIRF Ranking 2023 of engineering colleges, SIST was awarded 151 rank out of all the engineering institutions in the country.
The institute has a strong focus on offering undergraduate as well as postgraduate courses in all the engineering disciplines. These are the B.Tech programs that are offered by the college Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering. Further, SIST also provides Masters in Technology (M.Tech) under Computer Science and Engineering stream. The application for the 2024 academic year is expected to start in May 2023. Candidates who are willing to apply can register either by visiting the official website of the institute or the examining body. Seasonal examinations are usually held in the last two weeks of December and May every year.
