SKP Engineering College is a private college for Engineering located in Gujarat, India. It was set up in 2009; AICTE approved Institute and it is an affiliate of GTU University. It is worthy to note here that the college has been accredited by NAAC and has been graded B++. As per the NIRF Rankings 2023 list, which has been recently released, SKP Engineering College has occupied the 151st position among all engineering colleges in India.
The institute currently provides degree programs at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, encompassing different faculties of engineering and technology such as Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. The application of the various colleges for the academic year 2024 is expected to be in May 2023. To get into such colleges the interested candidates will have to take state level or national level entrance exams including JEE Main, GUJCET etc For details of the exams and admission the candidates can check it on respective college websites. The selection here is made on the basis of entrance tests which are conducted and then centralized counselling rounds are also conducted.

1. Computer Science and Engineering: The candidates must have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as a group with not less than 60% marks in aggregate.
2. Information Technology: The basic qualification requirements include the applicant having passed 10+2 examination with 50% marks and Mathematics as the subject.
3. Electronics and Communication Engineering: Those candidates who have cleared 10+2 examination with mathematics, physics and chemistry as the subjects and have secured 55% marks are eligible to apply for this program.
4. Electrical and Electronics Engineering: A pass in 10+2 examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as the compulsory subjects and 55% marks in the above subjects are necessary to have a chance at the Institute.
5. Mechanical Engineering: To be eligible one need to have completed their 10+2 education preferably with PCM subjects and obtained an average percentage of 60.
