Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College Eligibility Criteria 2024 (by Departments)
1. The minimum eligibility for the Bachelors of Arts programs is to clear the 10+2 examination in any stream with aggregate 50% marks from a recognized board.
2. For Bachelors of Commerce The candidate should have passed their 10+2 examination with minimum 50% marks and maths/account/economics/business studies as a subject in 10+2.
3. For Bachelors of Science, 10+2 pass in science stream with a minimum of 50% total average mark is compulsory. Relevant subjects depending of course chosen is a necessity.
4. For Masters programs, candidates must have passed in any university recognized by the act and the candidate must have scored minimum 50% aggregate. Some general requirements have to be met, but program-specific requirements must also be satisfied.
5. For MPhil and PhD the minimum requirement is a postgraduation in the relevant subject with minimum 55% aggregate marks and also one has to qualify the entrance test and interview.
