Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology (SRIT) college is situated at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu which is an engineering institution under Anna University. Established in the year 1998, it is offering the Bachelor of Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) and Masters in Engineering (M.E/M.Tech) degree programs in various departments such as Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Chemical Engineering. Below are minimum qualifications required to apply for B.E/B.Tech programs in all departments is that one must have passed the 12th/HSC or equivalent examination with the minimum 50 % aggregate marks (45% for reserved category) with Mathematics as one of the subjects. The entrance qualifying examination to admit candidates include JEE Main, TNEA, and SRIT entrance examination.
The admissions to all B.E/B.Tech. programmes of the Institute shall be through a centralized admission process on an all India basis through the common admission form. B.Tech and M.E/M.Considering the above, it is expected that the technical programs at SRIT for the academic year 2024-25 will start from May 2024. The most important entrance examinations are for admission into IITs are JEE Main held in January session between the date of 7th January 2024 to 12th January 2024 and for April session between 6th April 2024 to 12th April 2024. TNEA 2024 Choice Filling Dates: The TNEA counselling registration will start from May 1st and end on May 31st. The TNEA random number is expected to be released on June 5th while the tentative allotment list is expected to be released from June 20th to July 7th, 2024. The date of entrance exam for SRIT B.E/B.Tech is not available on the official website and we can know it from the official website.The admission for all the tech programs will be June 15th, 2024. After awarding the seat, the candidate gets selected finally and has to go through the documents verification, fee payment and confirm his/her admission within the dates mentioned in the allotment letter of the particular course / admission.
