Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology commonly known as SRIT is an Engineering College Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, an autonomous institution under Anna University. Established in 1984, SRIT has been Approved by AICTE and is an ISO 9001:It is a 2008 certified institution and this means that the institution meets the standard or quality required as a certifying institution. The college has got and ‘A+’ Grade with a CGPA of 3.51/4 from NAAC. The NIRF Rankings 2023 where SRIT has featured in the rank of 151 among all the engineering colleges in India.
SRIT provides undergraduate, postgraduate and doctorial programs in the specialties of engineering and technology like civil engineering mechanical engineering electronics & telecommunication engineering computer science & engineering, electrical & electronics engineering etc. For the post graduate programs, the candidates are selected on the basis of TANCET/GATE score while for the under graduate programs, the candidates are selected on the basis of their class 12th marks.
