SSIT is a leading engineering college situated in Tumkur, Karnataka which offers four year engineering programmes in different fields. The Computer Science department provides the course of BTech in Computer Science and Engineering and the admission criteria include the candidate’s overall 45% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in Board examination in 12th standard. Students can apply through COMEDK or KCET exams Therefore, Students can apply through COMEDK or KCET exams. The Electrical and Electronics Engineering department also offers a four-year programme called the BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering which also has the same requirement for 12th exam. KCET, COMEDK, and JEE Main entrance examination are approved for admission to various engineering programs.
The Civil Engineering department offers a BTech degree course in Civil Engineering offered to pupils with 50% PCM aggregate in 12th boards with KCET or JEE Main examination. Similar to the Computer Science and Engineering department, other departments such as the Mechanical, Electronics and Communication, Information Science, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning departments also offer BTech programs for students based on certain eligibility criteria and entrance tests.
