TATAADC Polytechnic Institute is a technical and management institute situated in Agartala, Tripura which is well recognized institute. It commenced in 2006 and is endorsed by the AICTE along with NAAC accreditation featuring a B++ grade. As per the NIRF ranking system of 2024, the TTAADC Polytechnic Institute stands at 65 in the entire list of polytechnic institutes in India.
Some of the various diploma courses include electrical engineering, electronics and telecommunication engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science and engineering as well as hotel management and catering technology. Academic session begins from July and all classes are held in the weekdays after school hours. The admission process for the 2024 set is planned to start in December 2024. It is an online or offline basis where candidates have to complete the online application form and also pay the application fees. The admission will be done based on performance in the qualifying examination as a way of evaluating merit. As for the exams, the first semester ones are taken in December and the second semester ones are taken in May.
