Graduate programme that deals with Oriya language, Literature and Culture known as Bachelor of Arts (BA) Oriya. It offers courses in Oriya language & literature, period Oriya poetry & drama, Oriya novels & novellas, Oriya literary criticism, and comparative Oriya literature. Students read works of various Oriya authors and poets of the past and present. Besides, they get the exposure about Oriya culture, tradition, history, philosophy, arts. 1. A candidate must have 10+2 pass or equivalent from a recognized board / university with Oriya as medium of examination.
2. At least 45-50 % marks in 10+2 for open category students.
