BBA in Data Science is an undergraduate program that is designed to take 3 years to complete with vast focus on data analysis, machine learning, and statistics. These sectors offer a solid grounding in business administration besides a set of complex data science modules such as data mining; big data analytics; data visualization; and predictive modeling among others. The two programs are business and computing mix of statistics, computer science and data analytics for the preparation of students for data driven positions in different organizations.
The BBA Data Science programme accepts CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, and state level entrance tests as legitimate entry points. Some institutes also offer admissions on the basis of percentage in class 12th. However, institutes also have their own aptitude test which is then followed by group discussion and personal interview to select the candidates for the course. All the entrance exams for the admission in BBA Data Science includes quantitative ability and statistic as a part of their criterions.
