Operations Management Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is an undergraduate degree program that offers basic concepts and skills related to the management of business operations and processes. This is a three-year full-time course, which includes operation strategy, supply chain management, quality management, project management, logistics, and material management, operation research and other. These objectives are to equip the students with the knowledge and skills to enable them to perform a variety of roles in the business, organizations, and industries by planning, implementing, monitoring, improving and analyzing business activities to enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
The admission tests conducted for entry into BBA (Operations Management) include NPAT, MPI, CAT, ATMA, XAT, MAT, CMAT, and state-level management tests. These management entrance tests are conducted both at the national and state levels with an aim of judging the aptitude, reasoning ability and proficiency in the English language and quantitative ability of the students to be taken for management education. These tests are taken and accepted by universities based on the set standards of the particular university, and the candidate has to meet those cutoffs for the admission into the BBA (Operations Management) program. The bare qualification is that the candidates must have passed class 12 from a recognized board.
