Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) (Corporate Secretaryship) is an undergraduate Commerce course focusing on business administration and especially company secretarial practices. The curriculum exposes the learners to knowledge and skills regarding legal obligations, statutes and regulations, corporate governance rules and secretarial standards both in different forms of businesses. They acquire knowledge on the broad aspects of the corporate law, business communication, financial accounting, tax laws, capital markets, drafting the resolution, organizing the meetings, board procedures, etc.
B.Com (Corporate Secretaryship) vary with tests such as Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET), BHU UET (Banaras Hindu University Undergraduate Entrance Test), AMUET (Aligarh Muslim University Entrance Test) being university level exams while MH-CET-B.Com (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test-B.Com), TS ICET (Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test), AP ICET (And It is then followed by counselling rounds that go up to August before the classes begin.

1. Qualifications: 10+2 pass out with minimum 45% aggregate scores from a recognized board.
2. Admissions can be made either online by filling the admission form before the last date of admissions and submission of documents or by purchasing a form at the designated sale points and submitting it with documents before the last date.
3. If entrance test is conducted go for the test or direct admission is based on merit.
4. Instruction to the candidates: If shortlisted, forward all original documents and pay admission fee.
