B.Sc Chemistry is an undergraduate academic program that deals with the study of chemistry and takes three years to complete. Organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry analytical chemistry specialty and other branches of chemistry are introduced under this program. This enables the students to have a broad view and understanding of the chemical structures, reactions, processes and methodologies through both of theoretical and practical modules.
The most widely accepted entrance exams for admission to B.Sc (Chemistry) program across colleges are: Chemistry – National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main and other state level examination; Some of the university/institute level examination. B.Sc (Chemistry) admission requires group and individual tests in areas of Chemistry at class 12th level.

1. The candidate must have passed 10+2 examination in science group with minimum 50% marks from any recognized board of education.
2. Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology as main subjects in 10+2 as main stream of Education.
3. For this, the minimum age requirement is set at 17 years at the time of admission to the program.
4. There is no age limit in case of reserved category candidates.
