Construction Management is an undergraduate program that educates students on different facets of construction industry such as procurement, planning, executing and managing construction projects and infrastructure. The time required to complete this course is three years and it is further divided into six semesters. Topics commonly included in curriculum is construction materials and methods, structures and design, construction practices and procedures, estimating and costing, construction project management and contracting, construction law and procurement.
Below are some of the standard entrance examinations that students can use to gain admission into B.Sc. Some of the entrance exams in which aspirants may pursue Construction Management course are JEE Main, GATE, NATA, state-level entrance exam, entrance exams conducted by various deemed and private universities. For direct admissions, the students who have a diploma in civil engineering or architecture can also be given admission on merit basis.

1. The candidate must have completed 10+2 examination in any stream such as Science, Commerce or Arts with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
2. Candidates completing their 10+2 Sciences/Commerce/Arts are eligible to apply for the programme.
3. There is no restriction to entry level due to age. There is no restriction on the candidates who can apply, whether freshers directly after 10+2 or the working professionals.
4. Mathematics is not essential for 10+2 to take this course for admission into this course.
5. Students who wish to join the university on the basis of passing their 10+2 examinations can also apply in the provisional capacity.
6. While some colleges have entrance tests for admission the other provide direct admission based on the 10+2 scores.
