Diploma in Fine Art (Painting) is an certification course designed to produce skilled painter and fine artist. This course takes 1-3 years to complete but the duration may vary depending the progress of the student. The curriculum covers training in different techniques in painting and the basic painting materials such as water colors, oil paints, acrylics etc. They are taught methods of painting landscapes, portraits, abstract, murals and other styles of painting. It also focuses on art history, color theory, composition, preparation, and what type of canvases individuals should use.
