The Diploma in Front Office is one-year hospitality course focusing on providing students to work at the front office and reception desk of the hotels, resorts, cruises and other related industries. It prepares the learners to understand and perform tasks such as handling check-in/check-out, guest relations and complaints, room reservations, coordination with the housekeeping department, managing billing/cashier, security and safety measures, and customer relations. Students learn about Front Office management software and aspects of interpersonal communication, dress code, and attitude expected at the workplace.

Diploma in Front Office Course Eligibility 2024

1. Any candidate with 10+2 pass in any stream from a recognized board with minimum 50% aggregate marks. 

2. The applicant in Class 12 can apply in a provisional basis depending on the minimum percentage required.

3. Regarding its admission, there is no restriction on the age of the students and there is no entrance examination. The candidates who can apply are both Indian and International students.

4. Any student from any background like Science, Commerce, Arts etc. can go for this course.
