Diploma in information technology management is a diploma level course where students learn about the principles and practices of IT management as well as managerial skills, and the duration of this course is 1 to 2 years. Various sectors as software development, database management, networking, IT infrastructure management, IT security and project management are covered in this diploma course. Thus, the program curriculum at ITM includes IT, management, and business courses to enhance managerial and leadership competencies in IT.
The pathway to entering Diploma in Information Technology Management has the popular entrance exams such as merit based selection based on 10+2/10th examination. Even the various institutes have their own entrance test also. REMARK- very few colleges take into account candidate’s performance in examinations such as Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (CET), Joint Entrance Exam (JEE), All India Common Entrance Exam for Design (CEED),National Institute of Technology (NIT).

4. UPSEE : It is state level, entrance exam conducted by AKTU, UP for admission to engineering, IT, management diplomas and degree courses in institutions of Uttar Pradesh.

1. Some of the basic requirements include meeting the age limit, and educational qualification like, having passed 10+2 examination in any stream with 50% marks.
2. It can be done online or by using admission form and paying the application fees.
