Diploma in Information Science Engineering is a diploma course of three years that is offered in the specific field of IT and computer science. This program offers courses in such areas as programming languages, databases, operating systems, computer networks and software engineering to name a few. The above said Diploma in Information Science Engineering course takes 3 years to complete, comprising six semesters.
The admission to the Diploma in Information Science Engineering course is allowed based on the entrance examination scores, where the common entrance examination accepted by the colleges includes the JEE at national level, and state level Diploma entrance exam conducted by the State Boards of Technical Education. 1. For freshers there are no requirements in terms of educational qualification; however, for better chances one must have 10th pass in any stream with minimum 50% marks from a recognized board.
2. As for the minimum age requirements for admission, the candidate must have attained the age of fourteen years at the time of admission or the age specified by the state.
3. Should have studied Physics, Chemistry Mathematics in 10th standard preferably.
4. There are institutes which have their own entrance exams and the candidates have to score minimum percentage called cutoff percentage.
