Master of Science [M.Sc] Clinical Research is a 1 year postgraduate program that educates the students in the ways and rules of clinical research. Normally the course M.Sc Clinical Research spans up to 2 years; however, some universities offer the course in 1 to 3 years. The subjects include biostatistics, epidemiology, research methods and design, data management and analysis, pharmacovigilance, principles of Good Clinical Practice, biopharmaceutical regulations.
The admission criteria for M.Sc Clinical Research include GATE Life sciences for the admission in various Universities of India, CUCET, University written test, and The B.Pharm, MBBS, BDS qualifying examination. Many of the universities offer admission based on the work experience in the pharmaceutical industries. It differs depending on the university and the specific criteria of eligibility.
