Some national and university level entrance tests accepted for admissions in M.Sc Environmental Science programmes are JAM exam IISc /IITs, CUCET for several central universities, BHU PET entrance test, AMU entrance, IGNOU OPENMAT for IGNOU, SET/SLET of some states and individual university level tests etc. It is also possible that based on the percentage obtained in the undergraduate examination, some Institutes have direct admissions. Another acceptable score in GATE is the one that is scored in Biological Sciences and can be used to gain admission to some IITs/NITs that offer this programme.
