Master of Science [M.Sc] (Nanotechnology) is a postgraduate degree course that is done with the goal of understanding and utilizing structures and materials at the molecular and atomic size. The duration of M.Sc. The usual duration of the (Nanotechnology) program is 2 years. It enlightens learners on the basics of nanotechnology and its uses in disciplines such as medicine, energy, electronics, and biomaterials. 1. Science/Engineering graduate from a reputed university preferably in Physics, Chemistry, Biotechnology and other related disciplines with at least 50-60% of marks.
2. The final year graduation students can also apply in a provisional basis depending on the minimum percentage criteria as updated after results.
3. Concerning the age, it is essential to note that this course does not have any age limit for students to be admitted into the program.
4. While applying for the program, some institutes may require a valid score in national or state level entrance exams CSIR NET, GATE etc.
5. Some colleges may have their own entry test and interviews once they have to select candidates to grant them admission.
6. The fundamental courses to be taken when pursuing a degree in nanotechnology include physics, chemistry and mathematics and therefore must have been taken when pursing a bachelor’s degree.
