The basic requirement for writing the POLYCET is to pass the SSC examination or its equivalent with 35% marks from a recognized board. Candidates should have been 15 years of age by the 31st of December in the year of admission. The AP POLYCET results are declared within a month from the date of the examination. The results presented here show the rank of the candidate and the score achieved by the candidate. They then follow web counselling sessions in order of the ranks secured to be admitted into the Polytechnic course of the college of their preference depending on the available spaces.

1. Check the eligibility criteria : To be eligible for AP POLYCET, candidates need to fulfill the criteria as set by the Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and Training (AP SBTET). This includes matters such as age, academic standards, and so on.
2. Begin the online application process : After confirming that you meet the requirements for applying for a scholarship, you can proceed with the online application process. The AP POLYCET application form is available for download on the official website of the AP POLYCET.
3. 5. Upload scanned documents: According to the direction, scan and upload some documents such as photograph, signature, qualifying examination certificate, etc.
6. Print the confirmation page: After successfully submitting the application, it is advisable to print the final confirmation page that is produced. This page will display your registered application number and other details of your application.
7. Book the exam center : While applying for AP POLYCET, candidates need to choose their examination centers as well. Admit card will be issued later along with the roll number and the centre of the examination.

4. Residence/Domicile certificate from competent authority, if any.
5. Qualifying exam certificate and hall ticket number – generally SSC or equivalent mark sheet/passing certificate.
6. Aadhaar card number.
7. Mobile number and a proper valid email address.
8. Application fee payment through online mode through credit card, debit card, net banking etc.
9. PwD (Persons with Disabilities) certificate from medical board if any.
10. This includes the Children of Armed Forces Personnel (CAP) certificate if any.
