The ITM NEST is an online mode common entrance test organized by the ITM University, Gwalior for the admission to the courses like B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, B.com, BBA, Integrated MBA, and Other Professional Courses. The exam is attempted by approximately 1.5 Lakhs of students annually. It assesses the students’ capability in arithmetic, analytical thinking, and language use. The test includes MCQ and descriptive question types and is conducted multiple times in the year in both online and offline formats throughout the country. Recently ITM NEST 2022 results are out and the total over all cutoff for the students belonging to general category is 55%.
The duration of the exam is 150 minutes or 2 hours and 30 minutes plus additional time to complete the post-exam survey. The particular university also generates final candidate merit lists for admission confirmation with the help of NEST score, 12th marks, and personal interviews. ITM NEST exams for the year 2024 for the admission in the ITM University is likely to be conducted in March-April 2024 and the result is expected to be published in the first week of June 2024 for the admission in the session 2024-24. It is compulsory for candidates who wish to get admitted to ITM University in the approximately 10,000 seats available for them to sit for NEST. These dates and schedules are duly revised every year and are put up much earlier than the start of the admission process on the official website of ITM for the students.

1. Registration – For registration, one has to visit the official website of ITM NEST and there one must look for the registration link. To start using the portal enter name, email ID, mobile number etc which will create your login ID.
2. Complete the application form - After you have registered, you will be required to log in with your username and password then complete the online application form that is provided. Ensure that your personal and academic information is truthfully and effectively given.
3. Upload Documents – Here you can upload scanned copies of your photograph, your signature scanned copy as well as the scanned copy of your class 10 and 12 mark sheets in the size and format as specified.
4. Upload Photographs and Signature - Upload scanned photographs and signatures in digital format as per the specifications given below. The fee is Rs. 1200 for general category students while the fee structure for other categories is as follows.
5. Print Application Form – The developed application form will be displayed and a print out of the confirmation page can be generated for future use.
6. Admit Card – For hall ticket click on Hall ticket link in your login account after one week to two weeks before the examination date.
7. Take Exam – Go to the exam center also on the given date mentioned on the admit card along with relevant documents. Write the test as follows the laid down regulation on the amount of time to spend on it.
8. - Results and Counselling – If applicable, check results declared later online, if any. Visit counselling rounds for selected ITM NEST participating colleges based on your rank, preference among others.
