Maharashtra Common Entrance Test or MHT CET is a state-level entrance examination conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell of Maharashtra for admission into undergraduate engineering, pharmacy, and agriculture degree courses in colleges in the state of Maharashtra. Many people use it as the primary channel for gaining entry into M.Tech, MCA, B.Ed and B.Ed- M.Ed integrated course, LLM and other courses.
With over 500,000 students appearing for the exam every year from across the country, the MHT CET is considered as one of the most difficult state entrance exams in India. The exam is Objective type having multiple-choice questions from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Biology (For MBBS & BDS courses only). The pen-paper test generally lasts for 3 hours and is usually conducted in the month of May of every year.
The MHT CET result is declared online in June. Students who can manage to acquire the required score can get admission in Govt. /Govt.-Aided / Private Un- aided Colleges offering UG Professional Courses as per eligibility and reservation.

1. REGISTRATION AND APPLICATION FORM This form must accompany the registration fee.
- Visit the official site mhtcet2024.mahacet.org (expected site).
- A new user registration link is provided; use it and initiate your login details.
- The aspirants need to log in using their credentials and fill the MHT CET application form cautiously.
2. Uploading Documents
- Scan and upload recent passport size photograph and signature and educational certificates as per the specifications.
3. Application Fee Payment
- Apply online with Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/ UPI to pay the application fee. Application fees is typically in the neighbourhood of Rs. 800.
4. Print Application Form
- Submit the completed application form for future purposes.
5. Admit Card
- hall tickets will be issued one or two weeks prior to the exams. have it and crosscheck all details in it.
1. Class 10th Marksheet & Passing Certificate: Proof of date of birth and eligibility requires scanned copies of the 10th standard mark sheet and passing certificate.
2. Class 12th Marksheet (if applicable): Those who have completed 12th standard will have to upload scanned copies of their mark sheets. In the case of 12th exam appearees the mark sheet is required to be submitted later.
. Domicile Certificate: Domicile certificate of Maharashtra State duly attested by District Authorities showing that the applicant is a domicile of Maharashtra State. This is from needed in order to be considered for applying.
4. Photo ID Proof: Photocopy or scanned copy of Aadhar card or other photo identity card such as a driving license, passport, etc.
5. Scanned Photo: Recently scanned passport size photo to be uploaded as per the requirement of exam authorities.
6. Scanned Signature: Copy of the signature in JPEG format according to the prescribed format.
