The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is a standardized test for advocates organized and regulated by the Bar Council of India to ensure that the candidate is fit to practice law in India. AIBE 19 exam 2024 is the nineteenth edition of the All India Bar Examination which is a national level law entrance examination for the law students or lawyers those who are interested to practice the laws anywhere in India.
According to an estimate, the AIBE 19 exam 2024 will be conducted in the month of April or May 2024. The specific date of examination is not predetermined and is usually released by the Bar Council of India few months to the date of the exam. Certain dates regarding AIBE 19 exam 2024 of which a candidate should be aware of are the registration closing date which usually is a month or two before the exam and the dates for admit card download will be 15-20 days before the exam.

1. He/She should have completed final year of 3-year or 5-year course of study leading to LL.B degree from any university recognized by the government.
2. The final step is to passed through an apprenticeship or training under a qualified advocate after being graduated.
3. A Citizen of India and the age on 1st July of the year of admission should be not less than twenty one years.
4. No disciplinary action by Bar Council of India or State Bar Councils are pending as on date.
5. Not had a conviction for any criminal offense which may demonstrate moral depravity.
6. Does not possess records for conviction of any offence under section 3 of Advocates Act 1961.
1. To register for AIBE visit the BCI (Bar Council of India) home page then navigate to the AIBE registration link.
2. In order to gain membership, the user needs to get himself registered at the website and to do that he/she needs to fill in the registration form that requires details such as name, contact info etc.
3. Scanning of documents like ID proof, marksheets etc. should be according to the given specifications and the scanned documents should be uploaded.
4. For the registration fee, the applicant needs to pay online through credit/debit cards or net banking etc.
5. Take a print out of the application form and attach the documents wherever required and send the form to the authorities.
6. While filling up the AIBE form, an applicant has to choose the city where he/she wants to take the examination. You will receive an admit card on the email address registered during the time of the examination.
