Karnataka PGCET is conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority to provide admissions into MBA, MCA, ME, MTech, MArch and other Post Graduate level professional courses of the participating universities/institutions in the Karnataka State. The PGCET exam is held every year in the month of June or July. The students aspiring for MBA course conducted by the Karnataka state and includes institutes offering two year full time MBA course and five-year Integrated MBA program have to write PGCET.
Karnataka PGCET 2024 application form will be available as per the above schedule in an online mode on the official website of the university. The students applying for the course should possess necessary prerequisite qualifications which include a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field. The documents that needs to be submitted photocopy of SSLC/10th marks card for the purpose of date of birth, degree certificate copies, study certificates and passport size colour photographs. Regarding the payment for the application fee, it can be done through credit/debit card/net banking/other means as listed.

1. The candidates who fit into the above mentioned criteria must have passed their Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University with minimum of 50% marks in their relevant field.
2. There is no restriction on age for applying the post therefore any person can apply.
3. Application for this post will be accepted through online mode only and the form will be released in March 2024 on kea.kar.nic.in.
4. Carefully and properly complete the form and attach the copies of the necessary documents in a noneditable format with the respective photos and signatures.
5. Complete an application and make the fee payment online.
6. Make sure to save photocopy of final submitted form and documents that are to be submitted at the time of migration.

1. Click on the KEA website and look for the highlighted link that reads ‘Application’ at the right-hand corner of the website once the PGCET application link is available.
2. First, there is the account creation process where one registers his/her details such as name, email address, mobile number, etc.
3. Ensure you log in to the portal and provide all the necessary information to complete the PGCET application form.
4. Upload scanned photographs, signatures, relevant certificates etc. as per the specifications for scanning and size.
5. Paying application fee through credit/debit card, net banking or through other modes of payment.
6. Check all the details filled in the Karnataka PGCET application form and click on the submit tab. Download confirmation page.
