Anant National University (ANU) is a Private University established in Asia which is in Ahmadabad, Gujarat. ANU was established in 2016 with the vision of providing education in undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD programmes. The UGC recognized University is approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) & affiliated to Government of Gujarat. It has been given the National Assessment and Accreditation Council grade ‘A’. For PG admissions, colleges accept scores of competitive exams such as CAT, MAT, GMAT, CEED, NID DAT and some others; examination schedules and applications dates differ based on course offered. The selection procedure includes one or more personal interview sessions, which can be conducted after the candidates clear the entrance tests.
The university has been placed in good light in terms of placements, and this is due to the strategic focus towards curriculum development in line with industrial standards. Some of the best known staffing agencies are Adobe, Infosys, Reliance, IBM, Decathlon, etc. The maximum salary received in the year 2022 was 37 Lakhs PA and the average salary was 7.2 Lakhs PA. A pass rate of 92% whereby majority of the eligible students was placed in various reputable firms was achieved. Major sectors for placements are IT/ITES, consulting, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance, Research and Architecture. As it is a new generation university that always focuses on developing the skills of the students to face the corporate world, it plans to provide 100 percent placements for all the specialization in coming years.

Anant National University Eligibility Criteria 2024 (by Departments)
1. For undergraduate programs, the student requires the certificate of 10+2 or equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Certain programs might have extra-requisites such as the SAT score.
2. For postgraduate programs, candidates must have at least a bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject whether completed domestically or abroad with a minimum of 50% average marks. Certain programs may necessitate work experience or experience in a related field.
3. Degree: Master’s degree in the relevant discipline is required for admission in Ph.D. programs with at least 55% aggregate marks. These additional qualification examinations may include GATE/NET, etc. Research proposal also has to be delivered as well as the necessary modifications of the project.
4. In case of diploma and certification programs, minimum education prescribed is 10+2 pass most of the times. Depending on the progressive advanced diplomas, a relevant bachelor’s degree may be necessary.
5. Candidates must have passed the qualifying examination in the home country equivalent to 10+2 for undergraduate and bachelor’s degree for postgraduate programs.
6. There are other requirements like IELTS/TOEFL test scores for the international applicants to prove their proficiency in English language. This means that the standard minimum acceptable scores differ for different programs.
