Baba MastNath University Rohtak offers several Undergraduate, Postgraduate programs in various fields of study including Science, Commerce, Arts, Engineering, Education, Law etc. The admission requirement would be different for each of the course. For BTech, the candidate has to clear their 12th exams with physics, chemistry and maths and must have an aggregate of more than fifty percent. Admission test accepted are JEE Mains, HM PATE, etc For BA the candidate must have passed 12th in any stream admit card accepted state board exam. MCom eligibility is graduation in any stream in commerce stream with not less than 50% marks. University exams and CET are the tests conducted in the course of learning. To be able to do BEd, one requires a graduation degree in any stream and clear the CTET/STET exams. LLB is available for graduates in any specialization through CLAT and university examinations. For MBBS, 50% marks in physics, chemistry, biology in 12th standard plus passing NEET is required.
The University provides many courses in science, commerce, arts, engineering, teacher education, law, medical etc Every year in the month of May admission are done by issuing application forms. Some of the exams are JEE Mains, NEET, CLAT, HM PATE etc which are held in the months of April-July to take admission during August September. The University also conducts its own entrance tests and takes into consideration the marks of the 12th standard students for admission to the below mentioned programmes: The admission process in the college is completed by the last week of September only. Some of the important exams are April to July 2024 for admission of 2024- 25 session to start in August/September 2024. The application forms will be released every May in the University portal.

Regarding the submission of the BMU application form, candidates must visit the official website of BMU at bmu.ac.in. When you are on the admissions page, one will find an option that is labeled ‘Online Application,’ once you click on it you will be required to enter some general details. An application form will be generated which must be completed with certain personal information, academic performance, program of your choice, etc, original documents also need to be uploaded in scanned format. Also complete the form and application fee payment online. Display the acknowledgement page after submition has been done.
You may download the form from the university’s website or purchase it at admission branch of BMU at an appropriate fee. The screen printed form, duly filled, along with the photocopy of the documents and the application fee has to be deposited at the admin office. - Admission to B.Sc. Although the eligibility criteria of various programs offered by most of the universities in India is the score obtained in the 12th grade examination. 4. Reservation: Latterly, seats are booked for candidates falling under reserved category as per government norms such as SC-ST-OBC-EWS etc.
Reserved category candidates are given certain percentage of relaxation in the cutoff required for their category.

5. Upload the completely filled application form and also, download a copy of it for future use together with the payment acknowledgement slip.
6. Visit the admission portal often as you find the information on the entrance test if applicable, merit lists, counseling sessions etc. Provide the details of the counseling/admission rounds as per the time slot given to you.
7. During admission rounds, students should have all originals of documents for verification processes and fees for payment of the documents.
8. Should admission be granted, finalize any other paperwork required by the college assigned with admission.
- Application timeline – While it is not a very stringent rule, there is usually an application window that is opened sometime in the early year for those who wish to be considered for admission in that particular academic year. As for the timeline, it is unsure and you would have to refer to the website of the respective university or simply call them.
- Cherished qualities and experiences – minimum percentage in the relevant field of masters degree is mostly mandatory. There could be more conditions that need to be met.

- Tuition fees and financial assistance- Information about the overall cost of the program and any scholarships or fellowships available if at all.
- Candidates must have obtained a minimum of 55% marks in the Master’s degree in the respective subjects for unreserved categories, and 50% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates.
- Entrance test conducting by the university is compulsory and candidates have to pass this test. Candidates who successfully passed the test undergone an interview as part of their selection process.
- The admission process involves tests and interviews where students are chosen based on their performances in the entrance tests. Evaluation is based on tests, analytical skills, information search capabilities and writing skills.
- Candidates also have to provide a research proposal on the planned PhD thesis. Other considerations include the quality and feasibility of the research proposal during selection.
