Baba Mehar Singh Memorial Group of Institutes is one of the most famous educational institutions in Sadhugarh of Punjab. It started in 2010 and has since then developed a reputation of being among the best Institutions in terms of teaching and research. The institute has obtained grade ‘A’ accreditation from NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) to ensure quality education. The institute offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctorate programs in disciplines like Engineering, Pharmacy, Management, Agriculture, Education, Law, Science, Commerce, Design, etc. Key examination dates for 2024 admissions are: BET entrance exam on 15th April, MET on 22nd April, REAP on 30th April. The registration has also begun online, where one can visit the institute website to register. It encompasses passing in the relevant entrance examination, applying for admission, counseling, and finally getting admitted. It is done on merit granted by the student who has appeared in National Level tests like JEE Main, CMAT, CAT etc. and the marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

Some of the reputed companies who recruit are Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, L&T, IBM, Hero Motocorp, HDFC Bank etc. The highest salary offered last year was 18 LPA and average package was 5 LPA. The training and placement cell of the institute prepares students through soft skills, aptitude, technical skills for the campus placements. 1. Completed 10+2 or equivalent examination with 50% (45% in case of SC/ST) marks in the prescribed subjects i.e. science/commerce/humanities from a recognized board.
2. Some of the programs need students to have a specific entrance qualification; for instance, JEE Main for B.Tech, CLAT for BA LLB, AIEEE for BCA, NCHM JEE for BHM.
3. Minimum education requirement – 10+2 for under graduate courses, Bachelor’s Degree for Post graduate courses.
4. Age limit – No upper age limit. Undergraduate programs – 17 years of age on December 31st of the admission year for international applicants.
5. Cutoff marks in the relevant subject and attending the counseling session if done for certain programs.
6. Other requirements such as the suitable category certificate, medical certificate, character certificate etc may be demanded by the institute at the time of admission.
Baba Mehar Singh Memorial Group of Institutes is having its campus in Sadar Ghuman, Punjab and it provides undergraduate and postgraduate courses in different disciplines.
