CUSU is C. U. Shah University, a private university situated at Wadhwan Gujarat and was founded in 2013. UGC of University Grants Commission recognized it and also approved by the Government of Gujarat. which has been accredited grade ‘A’ by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council). The NIRF rankings 2023 announced recently have placed CUSU in a rather poor ranking of 101-150 among the universities in India.
The university provides degrees at the sub-Phd, degree, masters and PhD levels in faculties as Pharmacy, Science, Commerce, Computer Science, Arts, and Humanities among others. Some of the popular courses offered include the BPharm program, MPharm program, BBA program, MBA program and the B.Sc program. Microbiology, MCA, BA English etc The admission for all these courses begins in May of each year. For the admissions to be made in 2024, the process is expected to start in May 2023.
CUSU, the student union of CUS has a very active placement cell that continues to help students secure internships and placements with reputed organizations. At least 200 national and many multinationals have visited CUSU for campus recruitment for the final placements of students. In 2023, the top salary recorded was 18 LPA, with the average package ranging from 4-6 LPA. The college was able to provide placements for more than 85 percent of the students who appeared for the on-campus and off-campus placement drives that were conducted last year. TCS, Infosys, L&T, HDFC Bank, Amazon, Dell, etc.

C. U. Shah University Wadhwan also has a placement office that ensures that students are provided with job opportunities before they graduate. Some of the reputed companies which have placements under them for recruiting the students of this university are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Reliance, Adani Group, as well as many core companies. The highest salary given was 12 LPA by TCS, while the average salary offered by different companies ranged from 4 to 5 LPA. The university had a placement rate of about 69 percent for 74 percent of the 2023 graduating batch.
