CUTM is a private university established in Odisha, India. It was founded in 2010 and is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) has accredited CUTM grade ‘A’ in year 2022. According to the NIRF rankings 2023, CUTM has placed in the rank band of 151-200 universities in India.
CUTM is a multi-disciplinary university which provides undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs in various fields including engineering, business management, pharmacy, agriculture, law and many others. The common courses offered at CUTM are B.Tech, MBA, B.Sc, Agriculture, B.Pharm, LLB and BCA etc. The admission process of fresh batch of 2024 will commence in May, 2023. Students can apply either online or via offline mode by submitting the required forms. CUTM will admit students based on entrance tests such as JEE Mains, CAT, CUET, and GATE along with past performance and other benchmarks decided by the University. The exams are planned for the period June to August 2023 though the definite date may vary due to some circumstances.
CUTM has a separate cell for placement and internships. Many reputed organizations have visited our campus for placements more than 500 companies including TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, ICICI, HDFC, Alexa and Freight Tiger. It is however important to note that for the 2022 academic session, over 92% of the students who were eligible for placement got placed. The maximum pay that was offered was of 18.5 LPA and the median salary offered was of 3.8 LPA across branches. The university has been able to employ a team of highly qualified faculty and staff to help coach and mentor the students to make them marketable. Today, many of the Centurion alumni hold senior positions in renowned organizations in India as well as in other countries.

Centurion University of Technology and Management Eligibility Criteria 2024 (by Departments)
1. Engineering (BTech): Must have cleared 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects and must have secured at least 50% in aggregate from any recognized board. Must have appeared and scored well in JEE Main.
2. MBA: It is mandatory to possess a graduate degree in any discipline with at least an average of 50% marks. Valid CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT score required. Prior work experience may be required.
3. BSc Nursing: Science with 12th pass in any recognized board having minimum 50% aggregate marks. Minimum 17 years of age. Should meet requirements for nursing entrance exam.
4. BCA: 12th passed with minimum 50% marks with Mathematics as one of the subjects from a recognized board. No age limit.
5. BA: The candidate should be minimum 12th pass in any stream from a recognized board. No minimum percentage required. No age limit.
6. Diploma (Polytechnic): 10th pass with minimum 35% aggregate from a recognized board. No age limit. Should qualify lateral entry exam for direct 2nd year admission.

The Centurion University has a placement section that helps students to secure employment with various employers. Some of the reputed companies that come for campus placement are TCS, INFOSYS, WIPRO, TECMH, IBM, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT etc. The highest salary package was offered at Rs. 12, 00, 000 per annum by an IT services sector in the placement session of 2021. The pay scale varies within the range of Rs. 3, 00,000 to Rs. 6, 00,000 per annum. It was observed that the placement through campus drives in the session 2021-22 is approximately 85% for the eligible students.
