DNLU is one of the prestigious educational institutions of Law which is located in Madhya Pradesh, India. Founded in the year 2020, it is recognized by the Bar Council of India and UGC and is accredited with NAAC Grade A. NIRF Ranking 2023 it is listed among the top 20 law universities in India.
The University provides various programme at Under Graduate Level and Post Graduate level in various discipline of law such as, BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB (5 Years Integrated Degree Programmes), LLM, MBA LLB and PG Diploma courses. The admission procedure requires clearing CLAT entrance exam which is held in May. Examinations are conducted in two seasons – winter examination held in November-December and Summer examination held in April-May.

1. The candidate should be passed the 10+2 or any equivalent examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST) to apply for this course.
2. University has required minimum cut-off marks that have to be obtained in CLAT, applicants must have taken this test.
3. Age is not a constraint to admission; therefore, there is no stated age limit for admission onto any course.
4. It is possible to apply for the 5-year integrated BA LLB program for the candidates who are qualified the entrance test of the CLAT.
5. The general entry requirement for admission to the LLM and other masters programmes is a recognised Bachelor of Laws degree.
Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU) has good placement opportunities guaranteed every year for the students of law. Prominent corporate like AZB & Partners and Trilegal prefer students from DNLU. The maximum salary provided in the Placement Drive of 2023 was INR 16.8 LPA by Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and the median salary was INR 8.2 LPA.
