Eklavya University is a Private University permitted under section by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Government of India and State of Madhya Pradesh. It was established in 2015 under The Madhya Pradesh Niji Vishwavidyalaya (Establishment and Regulation) Act. Eklavya University has filed UGC and it is also affiliated to Government of Madhya Pradesh. It has been accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) in 2022 under which it has received B++ grade. In NIRF India Rankings 2023, Eklavya University was positioned at 101st position out of all universities in India.
It has a variety of undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD courses in various fields falling under Engineering & Technology, Applied & Natural Sciences, Computer Science & Application, Commerce & Management Studies, Education & Professional Studies, Pharmacy & more. Some of the courses include Btech, Mtech, BCA, MCA, MBA, BEd, MEd, Bpharm, Mpharm. The admission and the exams begin in the year January and the examinations are in May and June respectively. They are selectivity based on the National or State entrance examination. These options are available for the course of the 2024-25 batch.

1. Undergraduate programs: In 10+2 or equivalent from recognized board candidate must secure minimum 50% of marks.
2. Postgraduate programs: holder of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with not less than 50% grade point average from an accredited university
3. Ph.D. programs: master’s degree in concerned subject with minimum of 55% of marks in aggregate and a valid test score.
4. Professional programs: minimum possession of a bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 50% marks from a recognized university.
5. Diploma programs: 10th or equivalent exam passed from recognized board with minimum 40% marks for pass.
