G. H. Raisoni University Amravati (GHRUA) is a private University in Amravati Maharashtra India. It was founded in 2018, UGC recognised and is accredited by NAAC with an ‘A’ Grade. According to NIRF ranking of 2023 India GHRUA was placed at 151 st among total universities in India.
The university provides all levels of degree education undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels in disciplines such as engineering and technology, management studies and commerce, pharmacy, education, agriculture, arts, science, law and many others. Some of the important examination are held in march/april and November/December of the academic year. Students are admitted through national/state level entrance tests or through GHRUA endow entrance tests and interviews.
GHRUA being an affiliated college has tie ups with reputed organizations for training and placements. On an average, about 550 national and multinationals companies come to the campus for placement facilities. The highest salary given in 2022 was 18 LPA, the median salary package was 4.2 LPA and the overall placement percentage was 92% and above. Some of the main employers for placing these graduates are IBM, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, Federal Bank Ltd, HDFC Bank Ltd, ICICI Bank Ltd etc.
