Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology or GJUST is one of the state universities located at Hisar in the Haryana region. It was established in 1995 through an act of the Government of Haryana and is accredited by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The university is graded ‘A’ accredited by NAAC and it is ranked 93 in NIRF 2023 University Rankings. The university has the following levels of study: bachelor, master, postgraduate and doctorate in engineering, management, natural and applied sciences, education, pharmacy, law and many more.
It is a teaching establishment which provides education at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. Some of the main programs offered includes BTech, MTech, MBA, MCA, BSc, MSc, BA, MA, LLM, BPharm and so much more. JEE Main examination to be held in the month of January to April 2024 and GJUST entrance examination to be held in the month of May and June 2024. They involve the intake of students through competitive examination and selection through counseling. The application process is usually initiated in March. In case of online application, students can apply for admission while in case of offline application, they can obtain the forms from the university. The campus of GJUST is very large and vast with area of 300 acres with all the modern amenities, state of art laboratories, central library, and student activities.
