‘Haridev Joshi University of Journalism and Mass Communication,’ popularly known as ‘HJUJMC Jaipur,’ is a private university established in Jaipur, Rajasthan, offering journalism and mass communication courses. HJUJMC was established in the year 2012 and is approved by the University Grants Commission and recognized by the Government of Rajasthan. It has been accredited by NAAC and it has achieved B++ grade in the year of 2023. HJUJMC was ranked 76 among the Indian universities in the NIRF rankings of 2023.
University provides basic and masters degree programs in the field of journalism and mass communication. The bachelor programs include BA Journalism & Mass Communication, BA Film & Television Production, BA Advertising & Public Relations, BA Photography & Digital Imaging, and BSc Animation & VFX. Some of the most sought after postgraduate programmes are Master of Arts in Journalism, Master of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations, Master of Arts in Film and Television and Master of Arts in New Media.
