The programs offered by IIT Tirupati include degree programs in undergraduate and postgraduate levels in different departments. The main undergraduate programs are: Computer Science and engineering, Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Civil engineering and Chemical engineering. In order to be admitted in the undergraduate engineering courses in IIT Tirupati, students have to take the JEE Advanced and obtain the cutoff marks that have been provided by the Institute. Other entrance exams accepted by the college were KVPY and SAT. 3. To apply, you need to register then log-in to complete the application through the online application form. Enter all the details about oneself such as name, address, academic achievements, programme choices.
4. A candidate may upload soft copies of other required documents such as photograph, signature, category certificate, grade sheets, test scores in accordance with the prescribed formats.
5. Subsequently, candidates can make the application fee through Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking or UPI.
6. Scan and submit the final application and also, take a hard copy of the final submission report. Admit card can be downloaded from the portal later on if required as the test is designed as per the course or subject.
Documents Required for Admission in IIT Tirupati for Different Courses:
1. UG candidates have to apply through JOSAA/CSAB website and PG candidates can apply through the website of IIT Tirupati with documents.
2. Sit for JEE Advanced for admission into UG or GATE examination for PG and clear cutoff scores by IIT Tirupati.
3. Regularly monitor opening and closing ranks and prepare the list of choices during the counselling rounds of admission.
4. Be available and actively engage in the counselling process when they are called depending on the ranks obtained from JoSAA/CSAB.
5. Confirm the allotted seat by reporting to the institute along with the documents and the fees.
6. Receive the last confirmation of your admission once your documents have been verified and also after a medical checkup conducted by IIT Tirupati.
