The IIIT Sri City is at Sri City, Andhra Pradesh and offers BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering. The eligibility for admission differs for each department but a minimum of 60-65% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the final examination of +2 is the basic criterion. The accepted exams are JEE Mains, AP EAMCET, KEAM and BITSAT. In CSE and ECE, the admission is done with minimum 70 percentile in JEE Mains while Mechanical and Civil has comparatively lower cutoffs. Another program is the Dual Degree in CSE that enables students to secure both the BTech and the MTech degree.
There are strands available in core engineering disciplines of computer science, electronics, mechanical, and civil.
