University situated in Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir, which offers different programs at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in Engineering, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Arts, Social Sciences, and Pure Sciences in the Islamic University of Science and Technology. For the BTech program, the candidate must have cleared class 12 and must have passed physics, chemistry, and maths with a 50% aggregate average (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates). JEE Main, KEAM, and JKCET scores are accepted for entrance examination of the Institute.
The university teaches programs in various fields including; Business and Management, Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy, Agricultural Sciences. Some of the courses include; BTech, MTech, BPharm, MPharm, BSc Agriculture, MSc Agriculture, BA, MA, BCom, MCom. Some programs require scores of class 12 examination or entrance exam depending on the program. 2. To apply for admission, click on the admission link that will lead you to the list of courses and choose your preferred course to be directed to the online form.
3. In case of scanned documents, the photograph, signature, and other required documents such as educational certificates have to be uploaded according to the specifications provided.
4. Complete the online application fee payment through either net banking, debit card, or credit card.
5. Take a printout of this application form once it is filled and saved with the application number for any further needs.
6. Enclose photocopies of the filled application form together with academic, domicile and other documents and sent or personally handed to the university before the closing date for admission.
Documents Required for Admission in IUST Pulwama for Different Courses:
1. Eligibility criteria –Candidates who have passed 12th standard with at least 50% marks from a recognized board to apply for this post.
2. Duly filled in the application form in the prescribed format by the candidate on the official website or by hand on or before the last date along with all relevant documents and application fee.
3. If the university that you are applying for has an entrance examination then it is very advisable to sit for it.
4. If passed the entrance exam then wait for the merit list to come out to see if one has been selected for counselling.
