J.S. University, Shikohabad is a private university established in Firozabad, which is situated in the state of Uttar Pradesh. It was established in the year 2015 and it has become one of the famous universities in that area. J.S. University is a recognized University under UGC Act and Government of Uttar Pradesh. BCI recognized it also and the Bar Council of India is an official law school bar authority that accredits it. The university has also been accredited an NAAC grade ‘B’, it means that it has been graded ‘B’ by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council. The NIRF rankings for the year 2023 have placed J.S. University in the band of 101-150 among the universities of the country.
The university provides undergraduate, post graduate and doctoral level courses in discipline of management commerce, sciences and education, pharmacy, law and many more. The most sought after courses are BBA, BCA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., and MBA., B.Ed.Educational Qualifications Primary education, Secondary education, High School, Intermediate, Undergraduate, Law degree LLB, Master in Business Administration MBA, Master in Computer Applications MCA and Master of Science M.Sc. The BE/B.Tech admissions for the 2024 batch will be started from May 2023. Common Entrance Tests have been planned for June/July while counselling has also been planned.
